About the Role

LDS Global Manpower is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive international business growth across the Europe, Israel, and Russia markets.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international recruitment/staffing, with proven expertise in acquiring overseas clients for manpower recruitment from India.

Candidates with experience in construction manpower recruitment, blue-collar hiring, and international client acquisition will be highly preferred.

Important: Candidates without relevant experience in the International Recruitment / Staffing industry will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand business opportunities across Europe, Israel, and Russia.

Identify and acquire new international clients requiring manpower from India.

Generate business opportunities for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower.

Focus on manpower requirements, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas employers, recruitment agencies, and business partners.

Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for fulfillment.





Lead negotiations related to commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.

Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client conversion and deployment.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing international clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth manpower mobilization and deployment.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

Monitor international hiring trends and identify new market opportunities.

Required Skills & Expertise

Minimum 5 years of experience in International Recruitment / Staffing.

Proven experience in International Business Development and Client Acquisition.

Strong exposure to Europe, Israel, and/or Russia manpower markets.

Experience in acquiring clients for manpower recruitment from India.

Strong knowledge of blue-collar and non-IT recruitment.

Experience handling construction industry manpower requirements will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of overseas recruitment and manpower deployment processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities,



and close deals.

Strong professional network among international employers, recruitment agencies, and overseas business partners.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should:

Have 5+ years of relevant experience in the same or closely related role.

Have a proven track record in international manpower business development.

Have existing contacts/network with European, Israeli, or Russian clients/recruitment partners.

Understand the requirements of international employers hiring manpower from India.

Be capable of independently managing international business opportunities.

Have robust commercial and client-handling capabilities.

Be willing to contribute to the company's expansion into new international markets.
