Role & responsibilities

1. New Property Onboarding

- Identify and prospect recent banquet halls, hotels, resorts, and wedding venues in assigned geography.

- Pitch Weddingz.in value proposition to property owners and decision-makers.

- Close onboarding agreements and ensure timely activation on the platform.

1. Partner Acquisition &
- Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banquet owners, hotel GMs, and sales heads.
- Act as a single point of contact for newly onboarded partners during initial onboarding.

- Resolve partner queries related to commercials, listing, and activation.

1. Commercial Negotiation

- Negotiate commission structures, pricing, and contractual terms with partners.

- Ensure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company guidelines.

1. Market Expansion

- Conduct market research to identify high-potential wedding venues.

- Track competitor activity and share insights with leadership.

- Expand Weddingz.in presence across untapped micro-markets.

1. Process &
- Documentation

- Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, and KYC compliance from partners.





- Coordinate with internal teams (Onboarding, Content, Ops) for smooth go-live.

1. Reporting &
- Review

- Maintain daily/weekly onboarding trackers.

- Share progress reports on targets, closures, and pipeline.

- Number of new banquet / wedding properties onboarded per month

- Onboarding conversion rate (Leads to signed properties)

- Average turnaround time for onboarding

- Commercial compliance & quality of onboarded supply

- Market coverage growth in assigned geography

- Partner satisfaction during onboarding phase

Required Skills &

- Competencies

- Robust negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Field sales / B2B acquisition experience
- Understanding of hospitality / wedding / banquet industry (preferred)
- Data-driven approach with basic reporting skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
