Role - Business Development Manager (US Market)

Finalert is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our Accounting, Finance, Analytics, FP&A;, and CFO Advisory Services practice in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with U.S.-based companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, Business Owners, and other key decision-makers.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract closure.
- Promote Finalert’s Accounting, Finance, Analytics, FP&A;, Outsourcing, and CFO Advisory solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and business challenges.
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

✔️ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

✔️ Proven success selling Accounting, Finance, Analytics,



Outsourcing, Consulting, BPO, CFO Advisory, or Skilled Services.

✔️ Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Experience working with U.S.-based clients and understanding of the U.S. business environment is highly preferred.

✔️ Self-motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
