Principal Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Generation.

Understanding and structuring clients loan requirements.

Managing the end-to-end process of logging in the file and taking it through to the disbursal stage.

Maintaining post-sales relationships with clients and providing periodical loan top-ups as per their requirements.

Updating clients and prospects about new loan products launched from time to time and generating further business from the existing client base.

Forming key alliances with Real Estate Developers and Real Estate Agents to generate high-ticket home loan prospects.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Good presentation skills.





Solid leadership skills with fair knowledge of the market scenario.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience for Manager profiles.

Candidate should have an existing customer base / network in the open market.

Bachelors Degree in Commerce as the minimum educational qualification.

Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Fluency in Hindi, English & Regional Language.

IDEAL CANDIDATE A customer-focused sales professional with a strong market network, excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership ability, and the capability to drive loan business from acquisition through disbursal while building long-term client relationships.
