Business Development Manager – Real Estate Digital Marketing

We do this through end-to-end campaign management, media planning, SEO and data-driven strategy. Real estate is at the core of what we do.

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows real estate digital marketing from the inside. You should understand how developers plan launches, why cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality matter, and what it takes to turn enquiries into site visits. You'll meet clients in person, own those relationships, and back every conversation with sharp proposals and clear numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Field Work

- Meet real estate developers, channel partners and brokers at their offices and project sites across Gurugram, Delhi, Noida and the wider NCR
- Find current business, such as project launches, campaign mandates and monthly retainers, and pitch RealVibe's services
- Build a strong pipeline through field visits, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and industry events
- Follow up steadily, from the first meeting to a signed mandate

Client Handling & Relationship Management

- Be the main point of contact for your client accounts
- Hold regular review meetings and keep clients updated on how their campaigns are doing
- Work between clients and our internal teams (performance, creative, SEO) so work is delivered on time
- Spot chances to upsell and renew with existing clients

Proposals, Reports & Analytics





- Prepare proposals, media plans, commercial quotes and pitch presentations tailored to each project
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads, CPL, click-through rate (CTR), lead quality and site visits
- Analyse campaign data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and turn it into clear insights and recommendations for clients
- Keep accurate records of leads, meetings and pipeline status

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years in business development, client servicing or account management, with hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing. This can be at an agency, a developer or a channel partner
- A solid grasp of real estate lead generation: Meta and Google Ads, landing pages, CPL, lead quality and site-visit conversion
- Awareness of RERA guidelines for real estate advertising
- Comfortable with daily field work and travel across Delhi NCR
- Confident in English and Hindi, with strong presentation skills
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, and comfortable reading ad dashboards
- Self-driven, target-oriented and organised with follow-ups

Good to Have

- An existing network among NCR developers, channel partners or brokers
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared or Sell.Do
- A graduate degree or MBA in Marketing or Business
