Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical and consulting teams to propose suitable solutions, preparing and delivering presentations and demos, and negotiating terms in line with company policies.



The role also involves tracking market trends, contributing to sales strategies, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and representing the company at meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications:

- Proven business development or B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, ERP, or software services.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Ability to understand and articulate ERP concepts, business processes, and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, Accounting, or Finance is beneficial.
