**Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B / B2G – Education Sector/other sectors)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and tie-ups with schools, colleges, and government educational bodies.

You will be responsible for end-to-end business development, from mapping target institutions to navigating multi-stakeholder approval processes and closing long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities

● Outreach & Partnerships : Build and execute outreach strategies targeting K-12 schools, higher education institutions, PSUs, Private organisations, and others

● Government Liaison (B2G): Connect with local education boards, government departments, and educational schemes to secure institutional approvals,

tenders, and public sector tie-ups.

● Client Relationship Management : Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including Directors,



Department Heads and others

● Proposal & Pitching : Conduct field visits, deliver custom presentations, present value propositions, and prepare detailed commercial proposals/RFPs.

● Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, finalize terms, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

● Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the educational ecosystem, analyze competitor offerings, and identify current revenue channels.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Alliances strictly within the Education/EdTech sector/Govt sector

● Network: Strong existing network of contacts among managements, administrators, and government officials.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
