Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and maintain a strong agency/agent network.
- Generate business through the advisor/agent channel.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity.
- Conduct regular meetings, field visits and training sessions with advisors.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing advisors and continuously activate inactive advisors.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, servicing and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI sales.
- Experience in Agency Channel / Advisor handling will be preferred.
- Good communication, sales and relationship-management skills.
- Strong ability to recruit and motivate advisors.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
