About the Role

Hybec Air is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales qualified who has a strong track record of working with architects, interior designers, design studios and firms.

The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with the architecture and interior design community, generating project leads, promoting Hybec Air products, and driving product specifications and sales through projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers and design firms.

Identify and connect with new architects and interior design firms.

Conduct regular meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.

Introduce Hybec Air products and ensure they are considered and specified in relevant projects.

Generate leads through architect and designer networks.

Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and other projects.

Track projects from the design/specification stage through to execution and order conversion.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.

Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for quotations,



samples, product information and project requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups with architects, designers, contractors and other project stakeholders.

Build a strong network within the architecture and interior design industry.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience working with architects and interior designers is essential.

Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with architecture and interior design firms.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Good understanding of project-based sales and lead conversion.

Existing network of architects and interior designers will be an advantage.

Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
