GelaroGrace Studio is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
We’re a creative production studio working across VFX, Post-Production, Animation, Editing, Colour Grading, Motion Graphics, Design, AI & Creative Services for films, OTT, commercials, brands and global productions.
? WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with production houses, studios, agencies, OTT platforms and brands
- Develop new domestic and international clients
- Manage the complete business development & sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, presentations and client pitches
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our creative & production teams
- Negotiate commercials and close current projects
- Represent GelaroGrace at industry events, meetings and networking opportunities
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing
- Experience in Media, Entertainment,
VFX, Post-Production, Advertising or Creative Services preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Existing industry network will be an advantage
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
- Self-driven, target-oriented and commercially minded
- Strong understanding of client relationships and sales processes
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
