Role Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Contract Staffing Business Development
- Robust client acquisition and relationship-management skills
- Experience in driving billing and revenue targets
- Notice Period: Maximum 30 days
Compensation
* Fixed CTC: ₹8–14 LPA, based on experience
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹4 LPA annually
