Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in civil construction, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, residential and institutional projects.

- Identify upcoming projects through market research, networking, industry contacts, tenders and project databases.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, consultants, architects, PMC companies, contractors and government/private-sector clients.

- Generate leads and convert qualified opportunities into profitable projects.

- Conduct regular client meetings, project visits and business-development activities.

- Understand client requirements, project scope, BOQs, specifications and commercial expectations.

- Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, Tendering, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Contracts teams for proposal preparation.

- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations and capability presentations.

- Coordinate and participate in tendering, pre-qualification, EOI, RFQ/RFP and bid-submission activities.





- Participate in techno-commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.

- Develop account strategies for key clients and maintain long-term business relationships.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and upcoming construction projects.

- Maintain an updated sales/project pipeline and provide regular MIS, forecast and business-development reports.

- Track opportunities from lead generation through negotiation, order booking and project handover.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business-development and revenue targets.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and long-term contracts.

- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions and networking forums.

- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth client communication and customer satisfaction.
