Qualification

Bcom / Mcom from a reputed College/University

Experience 5–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably from Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or other B2B industries.

Business Development Manager (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements and identify opportunities.
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales/business development targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive business.
- Develop new market opportunities and expand the client base.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update management on business progress.
