Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding ASL Interiors’ presence in residential and commercial markets.

The Business Development

Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage lead generation and follow-ups, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations,



and collaborate with design and project teams to align client needs with service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, negotiation of contracts, tracking performance against targets, and representing the brand at client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, networking, and stakeholder communication, including presentations and negotiations.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans for growth in interior design or related sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic financial understanding for pricing, proposals, and contract terms.
- Prior experience in interiors, real estate, architecture, or premium lifestyle products is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with design and project teams on-site.
