We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Hospitality Technology /n We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, OTA ecosystem, and hotel technology landscape. /n The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with hotel partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Develop and execute business development strategies for the hospitality market

/n

- Identify, approach, and onboard hotels and hospitality partners

/n

- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other key decision-makers

/n

- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and product presentations to commercial negotiations and closure

/n

- Identify strategic partnerships and new market opportunities

/n

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards defined revenue targets

/n

- Work closely with internal product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and account growth

/n

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and developments across the OTA and hotel technology ecosystem

/n /n Experience & Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline

/n





- MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatory

/n

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Management

/n

- Prior experience within OTA platforms, Hospitality Technology, Hotel SaaS, PMS, CRS, Channel Management, Revenue Management, or related solutions is strongly preferred

/n

- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, online bookings, and hospitality operations

/n

- Demonstrated experience in managing B2B relationships, negotiations, and deal closures

/n

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills

/n

- Existing relationships within the hotel and hospitality ecosystem would be an advantage

/n

- Willingness to travel based on business requirements
