? Key Responsibilities

? Lead and manage the counselling & business development team in providing academic counselling to prospective students regarding online degree programs.

? Understand student needs, career goals, and backgrounds to ensure the right courses and learning pathways are recommended.

? Manage and monitor outbound leads through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups to drive conversions and enrollments.

? Ensure the team clearly communicates course structure, eligibility, fees, financing options, and the enrollment process.

? Monitor CRM activities and ensure accurate tracking of student interactions, lead progress, follow-ups, and conversions.

? Set and monitor daily calling targets, lead conversions, and enrollment goals.

? Train, guide, and support team members in counselling, follow-ups, student queries, and conversions.





? Analyze team performance and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and enrollment numbers.

? Drive consistent achievement of individual and team targets while maintaining strong student engagement.

? Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to the team.
