Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Client servicing Intern who can effectively engage with clients, convert leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers and
- Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Assess customer requirements, verify interest levels, and pass on high-quality leads to the sales team
- Convert prospects into customers through effective tele sales techniques
- Manage day-to-day client communication via calls, messages, and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Hindi (preferred)
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
