Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Kakinada. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with production houses, studios, and creative agencies, and nurture existing relationships to expand the company’s network and influence.

Salary : As per your experience (30 K to 40 K)

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within entertainment, media,



or related creative industries.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage constructively with talent, filmmakers, studios, and other stakeholders.
- Solid strategic thinking, market research, and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and recommend data-informed growth initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with competence in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and productivity software.
- Demonstrated interest in cinema, storytelling, and emerging content formats, with an understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
- Ability to work on-site in Kakinada, collaborate effectively within a small team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
