Role Description The Business Development Intern will support Cornixe’s growth by identifying prospective partners, assisting in outreach, and nurturing relationships with educational institutions and corporate stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, supporting lead generation campaigns, maintaining CRM records, and preparing presentations or reports for internal and external meetings. The intern will also help respond to inquiries, coordinate follow-ups with potential clients,



and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring consistent presence at the office and active participation in team activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to evaluate opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with partners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and an interest in sales or business development activities.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools and the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; prior internship experience in sales, business development, or EdTech is an added advantage.
