Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth initiatives of Metas Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. by assisting in lead generation, market research, and client outreach activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will help identify potential clients, gather and analyze market and competitor data, and contribute to proposals and presentations for business development campaigns.

The role will involve coordinating with internal teams to track leads, maintain CRM entries,



and support follow-ups to nurture business opportunities. The intern will also assist in preparing reports and summaries of business development activities for leadership review. This is an internship role, based on-site in Pune City.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for business insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in building and managing potential client pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering, organizing, and presenting market and competitor information.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on professional, responsive, and solution-oriented client interactions.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Pune City and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in a career in business development or consulting.
