We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to lead our sales team and drive new business. The person will be responsible for enterprise client acquisition, revenue growth, team management and business expansion across different geographies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive recent enterprise client acquisition and business growth.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads and Business Leaders.
- Identify new markets, industries and business opportunities.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value business deals.
- Manage, guide and motivate the BD/Sales team.
- Set team targets and regularly monitor performance.
- Develop existing client relationships for upselling and new business.
- Participate in events, conferences and networking activities to generate leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Business Development / Enterprise Sales.
- Strong experience in enterprise-level sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales/BD team.
- Strong network with senior decision-makers such as CXOs, CHROs and HR Heads.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Good understanding of CRM, LinkedIn and MS Office.
- Strong ownership, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
