Urban Cabin Cowork (UCC) is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive outbound growth across Delhi NCR. This role focuses on lead generation, broker relationships and market intelligence for a hospitality first coworking brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

Execute high volume outbound activity through personalised LinkedIn outreach, cold calls and broker meetings on a daily basis. Source qualified leads through brokers, listing platforms, corporate contacts, incubators and the wider Delhi NCR startup ecosystem. Build and maintain a strong personal broker network including regular updates and property walkthroughs.
- Broker & Partner Ecosystem Management

Manage relationships with a wide network of commercial brokers by sharing brochures, virtual tours and clear commission terms. Develop partnerships with complementary businesses such as recruitment firms and event organisers. Flag potential new expansion locations that come up through broker conversations.
- Outbound Corporate Outreach & Qualification





Identify and engage scaling startups and SMEs through LinkedIn, cold email and calls. Apply a consistent qualification process.
- Lead Documentation & Handoff

Log all activity and lead details promptly and accurately in the CRM. Hand off qualified leads to the closing team with a complete brief and provide short term follow up support to maintain momentum.
- Market Intelligence

Track competitor pricing, occupancy trends and current openings in the local market. Share regular market updates and contribute insights that support pricing and package decisions.
