Responsibilities

Handle ready enquiries and leads generated by the Digital Marketing Team.

Communicate with clients through Calls, WhatsApp &

- Email

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

Prepare and share quotation.

Follow up with leads and clients.





Manage leads and updates in Zoho CRM.

Coordinate with Design, Production &

- Operations teams.

Build strong client relationships.

Apply sales and negotiation techniques to convert leads.
