About the Role

Ganguly Enterprise is looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand our Security and Housekeeping services by identifying new clients, generating business leads, and bringing new sites/contracts for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients for Security Guard and Housekeeping services.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, references, and networking.
- Visit companies, offices, hospitals, residential complexes, retail stores, warehouses, factories, and other potential client locations.
- Meet with HR, Admin, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the management to prepare quotations/proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into contracts.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Regularly report sales activities, leads, meetings, and business progress to management.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development preferred.
- Experience in Security Services, Housekeeping, Facility Management, Manpower Supply, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently meet and communicate with clients.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client visits.
- Should have a strong focus on achieving business targets.
- Knowledge of the Kolkata market will be an advantage.
