Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented BD Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting prospects into customers. Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, and terms clearly. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional requirements. RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable with calling and follow-ups. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
