Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Magic Eye Studio Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Industry: Wedding Photography & Cinematography Experience: 1–3 years preferred Age: 20–35 years Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 Performance Incentives Magic Eye Studio is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate new wedding photography leads, handle client enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.

- Call prospective wedding clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain photography & cinematography packages and quotations.
- Follow up with clients regularly until booking confirmation.
- Arrange and attend client meetings and office visits.
- Generate new leads through personal networking and field visits.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, banquet halls, hotels, decorators, makeup artists and other wedding vendors.




- Maintain daily lead, follow-up and booking records.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a good relationship with clients.

Candidate

Requirements • Good communication and convincing skills.

- Confident in talking to premium wedding clients.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and networking.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and social media.
- Wedding photography/event industry experience will be an advantage.
- Fresher candidates with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.
