Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur.



The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Catalyst’s ventures, including generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients or partners. The role also includes regular reporting on performance metrics, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and representing Catalyst’s brand and values in all external interactions.

Key Areas

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Generate sales revenue and achieve monthly targets
- Having experience in Cold callings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and build lasting relationships.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in multi-venture or diversified business environments.
