Business Development Executive (Intern)

Roles &

• Responsibilities

- Drive pipeline growth by identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers.
- Research and identify potential enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect and lead databases.
- Execute outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and manage them through the sales funnel/CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate meetings with the team.
- Research accounts and support preparation for customer meetings.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and other lead-generation initiatives.
- Track outreach and pipeline activity and continuously improve the approach.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.




- High ownership and accountability towards assigned work and outcomes.
- Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Genuine interest in B2B marketing, business development, and AI/technology.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Prior internship/project experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM, and other automation tools or email outreach.

Internship to Full-Time

- The role will begin with a 2-month internship.
- Based on performance, ownership, learning ability, and overall contribution, candidates will be offered a full-time position with Quantic.
