Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad, focused exclusively on the interior industry. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of interior projects and clients.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct meetings with prospective customers, present services and solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and regularly reporting on market trends and business performance. The role also requires active participation in industry networking, site visits, and follow-ups to strengthen the company’s presence in the interior sector.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with proven ability to identify opportunities in the interior industry.




- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client portfolios, negotiate contracts, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of the interior industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements; prior experience in interiors, fit-outs, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach and ability to meet sales targets.
- Candidates should possess valuable organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office), and comfort preparing reports and proposals.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in business development or sales can be considered in lieu of formal education.
