We are looking for energetic, confident, and career-driven Business Development Executives who can take ownership of the student admissions journey—from the first enquiry to successful enrolment. If you have a solid sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and close deals, we want you on our team. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert qualified student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.

Understand students' career aspirations, interests, and requirements and provide personalized course guidance. Drive the complete admission sales cycle —from lead engagement and counselling to conversion and enrolment. Build strong relationships with students and parents through consultative and value-driven selling .

Proactively follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to maximize conversions.



Consistently achieve and exceed individual admission and revenue targets . Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals wherever relevant.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline status. Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from admission to onboarding. Stay updated on courses, eligibility criteria, fees, career pathways, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Take ownership of performance metrics and continuously improve conversion ratios and sales effectiveness . Contribute to team targets while bringing new ideas and strategies to improve the overall admissions process.

Experience in Edtec industry will be an added advantage.
