Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and growth-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to expand our network of partner schools and educational institutions.

You’ll play a key role in driving outreach, building strategic relationships, and promoting our STEM programs across India.

Key Responsibilities For Business Development Associate (BDA):

Research and identify potential clients — schools, colleges, and educational organizations.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, networking, and lead generation activities.





Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

Deliver engaging presentations and demos on our STEM programs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership qualities.

Passionate about education, innovation, and STEM learning.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Highly organized with exceptional time management and follow-up abilities.
