Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune. The role involves identifying opportunities for new business development, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts,



and building strong relationships. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to align business strategies and meet organizational goals.

The role requires proactive engagement in understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation processes
- Strong understanding and experience in Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and negotiate
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
