Role Description: Community Growth & Business Development Executive

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, starting conversations and turning ideas into action.

DAIM is hiring a community builder to help grow and run a professional community club. The role combines community management, business development, content and AI tools, with real ownership of how the community develops.

You’ll help attract the right members, make joining worthwhile and give people reasons to stay involved.

What you’ll do

- Own the day-to-day growth and engagement of the community.
- Identify potential members, start relevant conversations and follow up with interested people.
- Communicate the value of membership and help turn interest into sign-ups.
- Welcome new members, understand their goals and help them connect.
- Create discussions, activities and initiatives that keep members participating.
- Repurpose an existing content library into useful posts, resources and conversation starters.
- Use AI tools to improve content and support community activities.
- Introduce members to relevant AI-powered resources and help them use them.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations that bring suitable people into the community.
- Test new ideas independently, listen to feedback and improve what works.
- Work closely with the leadership team on marketing and community growth.
- Track new members,



participation, repeat engagement and conversion from enquiries to membership.

You’re comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships. You can write clearly, keep conversations moving and follow through without constant reminders.

You’ll bring

- Experience in community building, sales, business development, customer engagement or a project you’ve grown yourself.
- Initiative to spot an opportunity and take it from idea to execution.
- Confidence using social platforms and a willingness to experiment with AI tools.
- Commercial awareness: you understand how trust, practical conversations and consistent follow-up support growth.
- Curiosity about what members need and the discipline to act on what you learn.
