ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for energetic, confident and target-driven BDEs to drive customer acquisition and onboarding. The role involves identifying childcare centres, engaging decision-makers, conducting product demos, and converting prospects into customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate leads and identify potential childcare centres in the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits, meetings and product demonstrations.
- Engage with centre owners, administrators and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and present the product effectively.
- Manage follow-ups and drive customer conversion and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead, appointment and follow-up records.
- Build solid customer relationships and address customer queries.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months–1 year experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
- B2B / Field Sales experience preferred.




- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Confident in interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

TERMS:

- Location: Bangalore / Assigned Territory
- Work Model: Field Sales
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to targets
- Travel: Allowance/reimbursement as per company policy
- Targets: Monthly sales and onboarding targets will be defined
