Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We invite applications from enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills with a passion for guiding students towards higher education.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools regularly to promote the college and its courses.
- Meet School Principals, Teachers, Counsellors, and students to create admission opportunities.
- Generate student enquiries and admission leads through school visits and field activities.
- Counsel students and parents about college courses, eligibility, fees, facilities, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with education consultants and maintain good relationships with them for student admissions.
- Conduct and coordinate school visits, career guidance programmes, seminars, and admission promotional activities.
- Maintain proper records of school visits, student enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate with the Admission Team to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Achieve the admission targets assigned by the Management.
- Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Qualification

- Undergraduate / Master's Degree in any discipline.

Experience · 2-5 years of experience in student admissions, educational counselling, marketing, or business development, preferably in higher education.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and schools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel for admission outreach activities.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
- Daily Allowance (DA): ₹125 per day for approved field visits.
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per college norms.
