We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build robust client relationships for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

- Identify and target prospects within assigned niches.

- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions.

- Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and convert qualified leads into clients.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support renewals and retention.

- Track daily calls, leads, meetings, conversions, and collections.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
