Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Connect with prospective clients and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Present and explain the company's products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings,



and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and independently develop new business.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
