? – BDE / FIELD SALES ? Position: BDE / Business Development Executive ? Location: Prayagraj & Varanasi ? CTC: ₹23,000 per month ? Experience: Minimum 1 Year ? Qualification: 10th Pass & Above ✅ Profile - Field Sales experience required.
- Loan Sales / Loan Process experience preferred.
- Business Loan / Personal Loan experience preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
- Good communication and convincing skills required.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Explain loan products and complete the customer onboarding/process.
- Maintain proper customer follow-up and documentation.
