Eminence Technology is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives / Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong interest in sales, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Conduct cold calls and communicate with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company services/products.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.

Experience
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
