Grow ’n’ Foster is hiring a Business Development Executive who can build relationships, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, calls, and emails
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant services
- Schedule meetings and close deals
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Who Can Apply
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in digital marketing/IT services is a plus
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven




- Ability to handle client interactions independently
- Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach
