Business Development Executive (BDE) – Online Bidding

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in Online Bidding, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and International Business Development.

The ideal candidate should have experience generating leads and acquiring clients through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Guru, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through online platforms.
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, and Guru.
- Submit qualified and customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Handle LinkedIn Sales and Lead Generation.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and present IT/Digital Marketing services.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in BDE / Business Development / Online Bidding / Lead Generation / IT Sales.




- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or Guru.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation and Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good proposal writing and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of IT Services, Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, or SaaS will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in

Online Bidding | International Sales | IT Sales | Digital Marketing Sales | Lead Generation | Client Acquisition | Upwork Bidding | Freelancer Bidding | LinkedIn Sales | Software Sales | B2B Sales will be preferred.
