ABOUT THE ROLE

Fuselage Flying Club is seeking a Business Development Executive to support student admissions, client acquisition and institutional business. The role involves handling enquiries, developing leads, conducting follow-ups and building relationships with students, parents, educational institutions and corporate clients.

Candidates with experience in the EdTech sector will be given preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital enquiries and direct outreach.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
- Explain training programmes, fees, eligibility and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Develop contacts with schools, colleges, universities and corporate organisations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and counselling sessions when required.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status and admission data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for enquiry handling and student onboarding.




- Work towards assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Prepare periodic activity and performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, admissions or counselling.
- Strong spoken and written English; knowledge of Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with telephone-based sales and direct customer interaction.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- EdTech, education, aviation or training-sector experience will be preferred.
