Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who has strong experience in the interior design, furnishing, or home décor industry. The ideal candidate should have an established network of architects and interior designers in Jaipur and be passionate about building relationships, generating business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, site visits, referrals, exhibitions, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations to showcase furnishing solutions and product collections.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, and convert prospects into long-term clients.




- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on upcoming construction, renovation, and interior design projects in Jaipur and surrounding areas.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and project progress through regular reporting.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Interior Design, Furnishing, Building Materials, Home Décor, or related industries.
- Existing network of architects, interior designers, and builders in Jaipur is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of furnishing products, fabrics, flooring, curtains, wallpapers, blinds, and interior solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel within Jaipur for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
