Business Development Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Engineer to join our team and help us grow our SaaS and CRM business software.

The role involves digital marketing, lead generation, customer communication, business research, follow-ups and digital marketing activities. You will also get hands-on exposure to SaaS products, CRM and AI-based solutions.

What You'll Do

- Generate and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, calls and other channels.
- Research companies, industries and potential customers.
- Connect with prospects, understand their requirements and follow up with them.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team.
- Support digital marketing activities such as email marketing, LinkedIn and content.
- Maintain lead information and activities in the CRM.
- Understand customer pain points and share feedback with the team.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Interest in SaaS, CRM, AI and technology.

Compensation

- 6-Month Probation: Rs. 10,000/month stipend.
- Based on performance, candidates will be converted to a Full-Time Employee after the 6-month probation period.
- Post-confirmation CTC: Upto Rs. 4,20,000 /year

(Breakup of Annual CTC - Upto Rs. 3,00,000 Fixed CTC + Rs. 1,20,000 Sales Performance Pay)
