ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Associate – Sales & Marketing to drive brand awareness, student enrollments, and customer conversions.

The role involves working closely with schools, students, and parents while managing the customer journey through field sales, engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct school visits and activations to promote UPRIO’s platform.
- Engage with students and parents and create awareness about UPRIO programs.
- Enroll students into free trial programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert free users into paid subscribers.
- Drive renewals, retention, and customer engagement.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and school representatives.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or EdTech experience is an advantage.

COMPENSATION

Probation – First 2 Months: ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance

Post-Probation: ₹7 LPA

- ₹5 LPA Fixed
- ₹2 LPA Variable
- Travel Allowance
