About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) / Sr. BDA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EdTech sector Engage with prospective learners via calls, consultations,



and follow-ups Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Required Skills &

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream 0–6 years of experience (EdTech or sales experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Working Schedule

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday

Fixed Week Off: Monday & Tuesday
