HR & Marketing Executive (Work From Office)

Location: Chennai(Sholinganallur). Other state candidates can apply if willing to relocate.

This role is for freshers only(6months of internship with stipend and then full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and good-communicating HR & Marketing Executive who can support both our people-related activities and brand-building initiatives.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, coordinating with trainers, and promoting the company across digital and professional platforms.

Key Responsibilities : (HR & Trainer Management)

- Identify and recruit full time, part-time, and freelance trainers based on business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and trainer communities.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews and technical discussions.




- Maintain and build a database of qualified trainers and industry professionals.
- Coordinate trainer onboarding, documentation, availability, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with freelance trainers for upcoming training requirements.
- Support general HR activities including employee coordination and internal communication.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Manage and promote the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create and coordinate content related to training programs, technology, projects, trainers, achievements, and company activities.
- Support marketing campaigns to generate awareness and business leads.
- Coordinate participation in conferences, technology events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Identify relevant events and opportunities for company representation and brand promotion.
- Build relationships with training partners, institutions, industry professionals, and other potential stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
- Track social media engagement and marketing activities and suggest improvements.
