Role Description This full-time, remote Business Development Associate (US, Work From Home, Night Shift) role focuses on driving growth in Bhanzu’s international markets, particularly in the US. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and delivering compelling presentations on Bhanzu’s learning solutions.

The role involves performing market research to understand customer needs and trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.





The Business Development

Associate will work closely with sales and marketing teams, meet defined targets, and provide regular performance and pipeline reports while operating primarily during US time zones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research abilities to analyze customer segments, competition, and trends in international education markets.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging with global clients.
- Relevant experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, ideally in edtech or education services.
- Comfort working night shifts aligned with US time zones and in a remote, high-performance workplace.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software; ability to manage data and report on key metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
