Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Associate at Skillofy_AI. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting the growth of partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and individual learners.

Associate will conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends, prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies, following up on inbound inquiries, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convey value propositions clearly and professionally.
- Effective presentation skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Experience with lead generation activities such as prospecting, outreach, and follow-up using digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to conduct structured market research to identify trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
- Interest in or familiarity with edtech, AI, and digital skills training is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail in managing pipelines and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams and time zones.
