Line Mein is a smart mobile queue-management and appointment system built specifically for Indian salons, beauty parlors, and barbershops. We solve a major pain point for salon owners: lost walk-in revenue from customers who turn away due to long waiting lines, and endless phone calls asking "kitna waiting hai?".

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify local salons, pitch the Line Mein platform to owners, deliver 5-minute live demos, and onboard them onto a monthly subscription.

This role offers true recurring income: you earn 100% of the first month's payment, plus a guaranteed monthly payout for as long as the salon stays active!

Key Responsibilities

- Local Outreach: Visit salons and barbershops in your designated area and meet directly with owners/decision-makers.
- Live Product Demos: Deliver short 5-minute live app demos on your phone showing how live queues work.
- Salon Onboarding: Help owners set up their digital profile (services, pricing, opening hours) in under 30 minutes.
- Relationship Management: Maintain warm relations with onboarded salons to ensure high renewal rates.

Payout & Compensation Structure 1.



Month 1 Onboarding Reward (100% Payout)

- Earn ₹500 upfront for every newly onboarded salon (100% of the first month's subscription fee).

2. Recurring Monthly Income (Month 2 Onward)

- Earn ₹100 every single month for every active salon you onboarded, as long as they stay subscribed.

Earning Projections:

- 10 Active Salons: ₹5,000 upfront + ₹1,000/month passive income
- 25 Active Salons: ₹12,500 upfront + ₹2,500/month passive income
- 50 Active Salons: ₹25,000 upfront + ₹5,000/month passive income
- 100 Active Salons: ₹50,000 upfront + ₹10,000/month passive income

Qualifications

- Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition (QR codes, POS, food delivery apps), or direct retail sales.
